Shipping Policy

Every wreath at Troy's Wreaths is handmade to order, one at a time. Because each piece is built by hand and demand is high, please read the timeline below before ordering so you know what to expect.

Order Processing & Creation

Once your order is placed, it goes into my queue to be handmade just for you. Please allow 5–8 business days to create your wreath. During busy seasons or periods of high demand, this may take a little longer — I'd rather take the time to get it right than rush it.

All orders are subject to payment verification before creation begins. Orders with incorrect billing information may be delayed or cancelled.

Shipping Time

After your wreath is made, please allow 10–12 business days for shipping. High demand and the labor that goes into each handmade piece mean transit can run longer than a mass-produced item — thank you for your patience.

I only ship on business days (no weekends or holidays). Once your order ships, you'll get a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking.

Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number, sent to your email once your wreath is on its way. It can take a couple of days for tracking to begin updating. If it's been more than 5 business days since your shipping confirmation with no movement, reach out and I'll look into it.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Since I begin working on your order right away and ship only to the address provided, I'm unable to make changes once an order is placed.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Troy's Wreaths isn't responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier but not received, or for loss or damage in transit. If tracking shows delivered and you don't have it, please file a claim with the carrier. If your wreath arrives damaged, email me within 30 days with photos and I'll make it right (see the 30-Day Handmade Guarantee).
